MCom 320 Introduction
MCom 320 is the advanced communication course for business majors. You need not be a business major to take the class, but the course material is geared to prepare students to communicate in professional business settings.
The course meets specific business communication learning objectives aligns with the BYU Marriott Vision, Mission, and Values, and satisfies BYU GE Advanced Writing and Oral Communication (AWOC) certification requirements.

To meet the BYU GE AWOC certification requirements, MCom 320 assigns four major projects:
- Employment Communication Project (Disciplinary communication)
- Individual Business Research Article Project (Writing Process)
- PROOFREAD - Grammar and Mechanics Project (Knowledge of Foundations)
- Team case recommendation report and presentation (Collaborative and Oral Communication)
